Before You Pack Your Bag
Follow these simple guidelines to ensure the best results.
Do Include
Machine-washable everyday clothing- Towels, sheets, and pillowcases
- Athletic and workout gear
- Socks, underwear, and basics
- Items with care labels attached
Do Not Include
Leather, suede, or fur items- Items with excessive pet hair (brush first)
- Heavily soiled or contaminated items
- Jewellery, electronics, or valuables
- Items with hazardous substances
Stain Treatment
If you have a stained item, mark it with a note or flag it in the app. Our vendors apply targeted pre-treatment before washing. For best results, don't attempt to treat stains yourself before sending — some home remedies can set stains permanently.

How We Care For Your Clothes
Every bag goes through a consistent, quality-controlled process.

Inspection
Each item is inspected on arrival. We check for stains, damage, and special care labels. Items requiring dry cleaning are separated automatically.

Sorting
Your clothes are sorted by colour, fabric type, and wash temperature. Darks and lights are always washed separately.

Washing
We use premium, eco-friendly detergent and fabric softener on every load. Water temperature and cycle are matched to fabric requirements.

Drying
Items are dried at appropriate temperatures. Delicate items are air-dried when care labels indicate. We never over-dry.

Folding & Packaging
Everything is neatly folded and placed back into your QR-coded bag. Dry-cleaned items are returned on hangers in garment bags.

A final quality check ensures everything meets our standards before your bag is sealed and dispatched for delivery.
