We're Waterloo locals — born and raised here. And like everyone in this city, we were spending hours every week on laundry. Washing, drying, folding. It's one of those chores that never ends and always feels like wasted time.
But the real insight wasn't just that people hate doing laundry. It was that there were already talented small laundry businesses in our community doing great work — they just had no easy way to reach more customers. We saw a gap on both sides, and we knew we could bridge it.
