How does it work?

Place your order via app or web, drop your QR-coded bag at your building's designated spot, and we pick it up, clean it, and return it folded within 48 hours. You'll get real-time SMS updates throughout.

How much does it cost?

We offer flexible pricing: one-time orders, weekly, bi-weekly, and semester plans for Wash & Fold. Dry Cleaning is priced per item. Each bag holds approximately 15 lbs (one week of laundry per person).

Who does the actual cleaning?

We partner with vetted, professional laundry facilities that meet our quality standards. Every vendor is monitored to ensure your clothes are handled with care and returned in excellent condition.

How does pickup and delivery work?

Drop your bag at your building's designated pickup location. Our trained delivery partners collect it on scheduled pickup days and return your clean, folded laundry within 48 hours. Every bag is QR-tracked so you always know where your order is.

What's included in the service?

Every order includes premium detergent and fabric softener, professional washing, drying, and folding, QR-tracked bags with SMS updates, and our free re-clean guarantee. If you're not satisfied, we'll re-clean at no extra cost.

What if something goes wrong with my order?

We stand behind our work with a free re-clean guarantee. Flag any issue within 24 hours, and we'll pick up, re-clean, and return your items at no charge. For lost or damaged items, we offer compensation of up to $150 per item.
